Get A Look for Less: Music is the Answer

I thought I would do a sort of look for less series! Normally I tend to find bargains or things quite cheap but I thought I would try and rise to the challenge of trying to delve a bit further and try and find things even cheaper to share with you guys!

I recently got the majority of this outfit in the Republic administration sale, The top is from Glamorous clothing and it was £17 but reduced to around £14 after the admin sale discount, and the skirt was from Crafted originally being £16 and down to about £13. The shoes are a semi bargain but still pretty pricey depending on if you're looking for an absolute steal or want a bargain on something that will be good quality! These are the Jeffrey Campbell ZOMG trainer in white, I got them from the Soletrader Outlet website from £79.99 down to £29 so it was quite a steal for JC but £29 is still pretty pricey for a pair of white trainer pumps compared to other similar shoes.

So, I went on a bit of a hunt and searched for some alternatives:

Music is the Answer White Crop T-Shirt by Glamorous:
This item was pretty hard to find a duplicate of so since it was sold out on the website I had a look around and Glamorous also do another white one in the same style with a black '17' for £16, instead of the 'Music is the Answer' slogan, but I do have a discount code I will pop at the end of this post so you can save yourself more off the retail price, so don't fret!

I usually totally object to the 'Geek' t-shirts that have been going around on the British high street, But if you do want a real steal with a similar look, I found a cheap alternative of the white slogan crop t-shirt on eBay for only £5.48 inc. p&p, which you can find: here :)

The Grey Midi Tube Skirt by Crafted:
Since this is unavailable online I thought I would link this identical one from Glamorous for the same price, See the end of the post for the Glamorous discount code.

But if you would prefer one even cheaper, There is also this similar one on eBay for £8.24 inc. p&p, but it just has a black band at the top!

White ZOMG Flatform Trainers by Jeffrey Campbell:
Jeffrey Campbell is generally a pricey brand but these shoes I got on sale for not a bad price if you're willing to fork out more for quality! You can find the Jeffrey Campbell version here for £29.

I did however find a great alternative on eBay for only £13.94 inc. p&p, if you'd like the look for less!

As I mentioned earlier in the post I have a discount code that the lovely ladies at Glamorous clothing provided me with to share with you guys! It enables you to get 10% off your order, just type in the code BLOGGLAM at checkout to get your discount! Glamorous currently are offering free next day delivery and usually when they aren't, they have free standard delivery, so it's a win-win!

Hope you enjoyed this post and let me know if you'd like to see more like this :)

The 'Wednesday Addams' Dress

Black Tights - Primark
White Ankle Socks - Part of a set from H&M!
Lipstick in Diva - M.A.C Cosmetics

I recently purchased this Wednesday Addams-esque dress from eBay, initially I bought a size medium, It turned up, was slightly too big and I needed a small (even though the measurements said other wise), So I returned and got a refund. I then managed to find it being sold for £5 less than the first seller I purchased from, so I had to share this under £10 bargain!

The dress itself has a large silver zip that goes from the bottom of the spine up to the back of the neck, so it's easy to get in and out, and the dress is stretchy and comfortable, not stiff or properly fitted! I paired it with my black faux fur coat from H&M and Chelsea boots with cute white ankle socks for my Saturday errands! My hair was natural today, no styling at all, I wanted to avoid using heat!

I thought I would share this quick look with you all today and hope you're all having a great weekend!
